Dakimakura size
A dakimakura is available in two main sizes, 160 cm or 150 cm in width 50 cm (100 cm circle).
Before the mid-2000s, dakimakura was available in one measure; 160 cm x 50 cm, which is considered an authentic Japanese-sized cushion. Since the late 2000s, 150 cm x 50 cm dakimakura became available and increasingly popular because of the shipping cost savings from being under the weight limit of 2kg airmail.
Love pillows are part of dakimakura usually depicting images of anime characters of their original size. Some pillows may depict furry characters, anime characters or porn movie actors in a suggestive pose.
