St. Peter's Church, also known as St. Peter the Apostle Church, is a Roman Catholic church located near Queenstown, Maryland. It is a prominent landmark along US 50, its brick walls unusually close to the highway.

Description
The original church was built between 1823 and 1827, but was substantially altered in 1877, re-orienting the plan of the building from a simple rectangular building to a cruciform plan with an octagonal apse on the north side.
The detailing was altered to a more Victorian-Gothic appearance with simple rose windows and Stick style trim. Only the brick walls of the original church remain. The interior retains its Victorian detailing, stained glass and altar furnishings. St. Peters is associated with the Our Mother of Sorrows church in Centreville.
St. Peter the Apostle was placed on the National Register of Historic Places on March 10, 1980.
